Walio Baki Ni Kibaki President of mavi ya kuku

  1. Ringera: Uproar over Kibaki's 'illegal' move.
  2. Hallo Mr. Mwai Kibaki you have presumed to rule us by your cheap proxy methords to our chagrin, some of us didn't even vote for you in the first place, when you gang-stomed the state house for what we understood, to be your mojor effort to deprive your political-arch rival mr odinga acendancy to power, I almost vomited.

You stole the scene worldwide and among africa heads of state it was news in the making when it was lernt, you intend to impose yourself on the people of kenya and as the first african head of state, to rode home on unpresidented winner-declaration of his on kind.

You are Champs of the unpopular-civilian-coup against the winner takes all, but we worn you will not sleep untill you last person is gone from corridors of leadership. Shooting your way back to power was one of ugliest scenario we the people of kenya have never witnessed.

I still wonder why you sent the army and police loose to almost gun-wipe the oposition regions and strong hold, gun trotting police oficers were videoed live shooting unprotected cevilian mr. kibaki against your wish of the peoples darling mr. raila odinga, you almost wiped the kenya tribes from western kenya. You're J. Kenyatta and D. Moi rolled in to one.

Read this mr. president it is not what i think but what omes from the people's mouth as reported by the jaluonet4you Shame on you.

You can tell from the look on those faces that these are clueless people. All they know is to blow hot air. Where were they when this man's contract was about to expire? I need a break from all this sound and fury that signifies nothing in Kenya.

Only the MPs can save us from these rogues, why not just disband this thing once and for all? It's costing us too much money and no returns at all.Kenyans,we can do without KACC if not better,YES WE CAN.

When i look around my country, i understand why Kibaki behaves the way he does. Before PEV i had faith in the kenyan youth. Look at us, if we are not destroying each other with machetes, bows and arrows, we are inciting violence (Ruto , Kenyatta, Sirma...... Seriously look around you and tell me who can make a difference. Kibaki has ran out of choices. Atleast Ringera is not going to incite tribal violence and genocide in the name of fighting corruption.

Kibaki and Moi were students of Kenyatta where they learnt how to maintain the status quo in order to protect the fat cats and hence the stealing of the 2007 election to ensure that grand corruption thrives. The appointment of Ringera is a testimony of the cover up. This is a wake up call to all Kenyans to ensure that come 2012 all those who have ties to this corrupt cabal are removed from power.Kenya must change,YES WE CAN'

Sometimes guys you ought to give Kibaki a break. If Ringera declares he is ODM I believe all those criticizing him will SHUT UP. Let the guy work and wait for your own after 5 years.

The KACC Advisory Board has itself to blame on this one. They knew the director's term was almost over and they had not even placed an advert for the position like they are supposed to. It's only after this re-appointment that they are now running around crying wolf. This sneaky president caught them dead asleep on this one. Bure kabisa!

Impunity GALORE. And the rhythm continues, MTA DO? Ringera's re-appointment smacks off the blatant swearing in at midnight after last polls. All these are premised on the mindset of MTA DO? Ole wetu as kings of impunity reign supreme.

Corruption goes synonimous with Politics, how do you expect Ringera to prosecute his Masters? How do you expect a new Director to be appointed when Ringera has done a "very good job" not prosecting the elite? LSK,FIDA name them are only chasing wind!!!

l can only wonder who kibaki advisers are. For a man who was sworn in at night after a heavily disputed elections that people died and were displaced and still are, is this the way he can turn things around and win kenyans over? the guy does not care about corruption period.

This is what Kenya is about - loot, loot loot and protect those who cover your loots. Impunity! Maybe we'll have another Commission of Inquiry, or another Board to advice on Anti-Corruption and then ignore their activities.

THIS IS A FAKE UPROAR The KACC advisory board, Parliament, Law Society etc are faking an uproar. They are the ones who have failed do their jobs this time, ie if they had wanted a different team at KACC. Even ODM, stuffed with laywers as it is, is politicking. The move by Emilio is legal. Anyone can read the act for themselves. Plain as day.

These are the things that have propelled impunity in Kenya, and its sad that the head of state with the honour that he commands can act like this! Its a shame and let him know that this is an indicator that he is not fit for the post, hecant even interprete the law!no wonder thugs kill behind his backyard and mps steal public money without fear,he will pay for this....

Kibaki must have acted on the advice of the Attorney General therwise how can he expect others to follow the law if he is not defending the constitution as per his oath of Office. This man has no regard for the law and therefore does not respect the people and our country Kenya. Something should happen to him like impeachment.

I do not like the reappointment but I am not sure it is illegal. Some people make too much noise out of ignorance. Let LSK seek legal interpretation.

"Meaning of insanity: Doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different outcome which doesn't seem to happen." This is the same case with the appointment of Ringera even during the Moi regime. He doesn't do his job to our satisfaction, but leaders seem to be reappointing him back to the seat. Btw the leaders and us citizens, one of us is insane and it ain't us the citizens.

The ikulu-slapie syndrom

Sometimes people come in to your life and you know right away that they were ment to be there, to serve sort of purpose to help you figure out who you are and what to be came. You never know who these people may be (possibly your friend, the wife of a president, his children or just some doorman, neighbor) but then when you lock eye with them you realize at that moment that they might be suffering from ikulu-slappie-syndrome.

You next stapes what to do when confronted in a broad day light in front of the foreign delegates plus your won dear wife present receiving the syndrome so hard in you face that you will never live to forget.
